Complete production facilities: Owning Two sets of 3 tons induction furnace, One set of mid-frequency induction electrical furnace with 2000kg, One set of mid-frequency induction electrical furnace with 1500kg, Two sets of trolley resistance-heated electrical furnace with 2200 x 1200 x 650mm, Two sets of well tempering electrical furnace with ф1300 x 1700mm. Our technicians will do regular scheduled maintenance on these machines to guarantee them work well.

Strict Physical/ Chemical testing procedures: Owning precision Testing Equipments: Spectrometer, UT tester, MT tester, PT tester, Table hardness tester for HBN, Table hardness tester for HRC, Portable hardness testers, Impactor for toughness testing, Universal material testing machine, Metallographic microscope. Meeting the requirements of the product design and process, providing reliable testing data.

2005  Wuxi Orient started to cooperate with Multoteac in Austrilia, our products entered Oceania market.

2008  Start to supply castings to HNSKG in China. In the same year, our company has passed the ISO quality system registration, and has obtained ISO 9001:2008 certificate.

2012  Start to cooperate with ME Elecmtal who is a leading supplier of consumable wear parts for the mineral processing industry worldwide, we provide the wear parts.

2013  Start to cooperate with Mesto and finished Luming Project and Taigang Project, and this year, Orient’s sales company established.

2014  Sale company moved to Wuxi Anzhen.

2016  We built a long term cooperation with ME Elecmtal.

2017  Start to enter PK market and supplied wear parts for D.G Cement and Bestway Cement.
