5.Centrifugal casting of alloy castings.The liquid material is injected into a mold which rotates rapidly around a single shaft and can be heated. The material is distributed to the inner wall of the mold cavity by centrifugal force and solidified into tubular or hollow tubular products through physical or chemical action.Monomer cast nylon parts can also be formed by centrifugal casting.
