Formula and Design requirements of Alloy elements for cement Grinding liner

In the process of making cement mill liner, it is mainly through its scientific and reasonable alloy element formula, so that the lining board can have good physical and chemical properties. To a certain extent, the cement mill liner is effectively alloyed to Cr Cr, Mo Mo, Ni Ni, mn, Si Si and other appropriate trace elements, which makes the liner especially suitable for low and low impact load or no impact load wear conditions.


The cement grinding liner is effectively treated by its advanced dual medium quenching process, which can make the lining plate have good wear resistance to a certain extent. In the process of lining plate tempering, 2 low temperature tempering process will be adopted in the process of use, so that the internal structure of the metal can be reached or close to the balance. In the process of cooling, a special quenching agent with good thermal stability is used as the medium to make the product achieve high strength, high hardness and high toughness, so as to meet the requirements of wear resistance.


After the installation of the cement mill liner, the end liner and the end cover of the cylinder should be filled with 42.5 MPA cement mortar with the grade of compressive strength. To a certain extent, the bolt of its fixed end liner is not allowed to be poured out of cement mortar, should be able to rotate or enter and exit. Liner is generally directional, installation must be careful not to counter.


The arc length of the annular slot in the cement mill liner is not more than 315 mm. In general, the steel plate wedge is used to separate it. Between the lining plate and the inner surface of the cylinder shall be laid in accordance with the design requirements. If not required, the compressive strength grade of 42.5 MPA cement mortar may be filled between the two, and the excess part shall be extruded out through the bolt of the strong lining plate, as far as possible. Cement mortar solidified again after tightening the lining bolt.


When installing a rubber pad, the cement mill liner opens the rolled rubber sheet 3 to 4 weeks before installation, so that it can be freely elongated, and the long edge of the secondary rubber plate follows the cylinder axis when using the rubber plate. The short edges follow the circumference of the cylinder. Carefully check the geometry of lining bolt holes and liner bolts, and carefully clean up the flashes, burrs and protrusions on the lining plate bolt holes and lining bolts so that the bolts can freely penetrate into the required position.
